BasicNeeds Vietnam, with funding from Victoria’s Secret & Co, has partnered with K Hospital’s Tan Trieu facility to design and implement the project, with the hospital’s Social Work Department serving as the implementing partner.

The project encompasses:

• Developing training & management materials and documentation: training materials for hospital medical staff, guidelines for group management, and materials for patients
• Enhancing the capacity of the Social Work Department staff in screening and identifying patients with high stress levels, and organizing stress management intervention groups for patients undergoing treatment at the hospital
• Organizing therapeutic intervention groups for patients with high stress levels
• Researching and evaluating the effectiveness of the intervention model, and making necessary adjustments to ensure the model is appropriate and sustainably scalable
